This Father’s Day, We’re Saying Thank You!

THIS FATHER’S DAY is a chance for us to express appreciation for those men in our lives who have supported us, taught us, and helped us to grow. For catching us when we fall, for making us laugh when we’re down… Thanks, Dad.

We Asked Our Whole Team To Share

In this blog post, we invited everyone on our team to share. We asked each of them, “Do you have a favorite memory about your father, or a thought you’d like to share?” Here are their responses!

From Teresa:

“Teaching me to drive a manual transmission in the parking lot of my old high school. Boy, did he have patience!”

From Virginia:

“I remember dancing with my daddy growing up…standing on his shoes.”

From Jennifer:

“Jamming out to classic rock! We still do it ’til this day! That’s where my love for rock ‘n’ roll started!”

From Stacy:

“When I was little, my dad bought me a pink Barbie Corvette Power Wheels with a personalized tag. Everybody wanted a ride in the ‘vette!”

From Lydia:

“My dad drove 6 hours to walk me across the field for homecoming which lasted 5-10 minutes. He had to work the following day and drove back to Virginia that night.”

From Dr. Carver:

“When my Dad was lead guitarist in an Elvis impersonation band, I used to give out scarves for Elvis to throw into the crowd.”
